This Policy applies unless a separate privacy notice is presented to you for a specific program or service, in which case the more specific notice controls to the extent of any conflict.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Site. If you are a current STF Pro, LLC employee and have questions about, or do not agree with, this Policy, please contact us using the information in Section 12 below; use of the App may be required to perform certain job-related functions, and continued employment or engagement may depend on your use of it, subject to applicable law.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Information — information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth.

• Applicant and Employment-Related Data — information related to a job application or, if hired, your employment with STF Pro, LLC, including your resume, work history, references, availability, position and location preferences, background check results (where permitted by law), and, once employed, information such as clock-in/clock-out times, shift assignments, and work location.
