With 2025 well underway, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year marked by progress, growth, and some incredible achievements. At the center of it all was the teamwork that defines HotelPro. Across every department and role, our associates came together to support one another, serve our clients, and strengthen the foundation of everything we do.
While success is always a team effort, each year we take time to recognize individuals and teams whose contributions stood out, those who not only excelled in their roles but also lifted others and embodied the spirit of the HotelPro brand. We’re proud to share just a few of those stories from 2024.
The Unsung Hero Award: Lifting Us All from Behind the Scenes
Some of the most important work happens quietly, behind the scenes, without fanfare, but with tremendous impact. That’s why we created the Unsung Hero Award: to shine a light on the associates whose behind-the-scenes work plays a vital role in our success.
In 2024, Heather Riley, Tonya Barbee, Karen Rogusz, and Beanie Prados received this award for their outstanding contributions to data accuracy, research, information management, and lead generation. Their work helps drive smart decisions and fuels the sales engine that keeps us moving forward.
Of course, they’d be the first to say it’s never a solo effort. Their success was made possible by collaboration across departments, strong communication, and shared trust. Whether partnering with sales, marketing, or leadership, they remind us that true progress happens when we support each other every step of the way.
The Culture Award: Expanding Our Reach, Together
The Company Culture Award honors those who truly embody our values: heart, hustle, and teamwork. In 2024, we recognized Suzanne Via, Katie Davenport, and Leah Rigoni for their incredible work helping launch HotelPro in new markets.
Opening operations in Louisville/Lexington, Columbus, and Cincinnati was no easy task. Suzanne, Katie, and Leah took it on with determination, flexibility, and grit. And they didn’t do it alone. Their success was backed by a larger team of recruiters, operations experts, and colleagues who pitched in wherever help was needed.
Their efforts laid the groundwork for HotelPro’s growth in these new cities and reflected the same spirit of momentum we saw in other areas. In Dallas, for example, the team earned our Fastest Growing Market Award, finishing the year with an impressive 21.9% revenue growth from 2023.
Associate of the Year: Leading with Impact and Integrity
Each year, we honor one individual whose impact can be felt companywide. In 2024, that person was Katie Davenport.
Katie’s leadership, reliability, and forward-thinking mindset made a lasting impression. She consistently looked for ways to streamline processes, challenge ideas in constructive ways, and raise the bar not just for herself, but for everyone around her.
Her approach was grounded in collaboration and a genuine openness to feedback. This willingness to grow and help others do the same earned her the Associate of the Year Award, and it perfectly reflects what makes HotelPro special: a shared commitment to excellence and a culture of support.

Honored for leading the way in safety, actively participating in the safety committee, offering new initiatives, and surpassing safety visit goals.
