One notable milestone: Since 2024 and through mid-2025, this luxury hotel has held the top cleanliness ranking across the Americas, outshining properties in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This accolade reflects the hotel’s dedication to uncompromising quality and the consistent support from HotelPro’s team.

HotelPro first joined the hotel as a staffing partner in late 2020, providing reliable support during a pivotal leadership transition in early 2024.
